Story of the exhibit
The bus was used by the Järva-Jaani collective farm, which brought it second-hand from Pärnu. After it was written off in 1986, it was given to the Järva-Jaani Fire Brigade Society and converted into a towed information bus. The engine, gearbox and seats were removed, and a kerosene stove, tables and chairs, display boards and cupboards were installed, along with a sound room and a dual electrical system (12V and 220V). In recent years it has been used as a storeroom for the Old Tech Park.
