Convoy "Built in Estonia", August 2010.
Story of the exhibit
An off-road vehicle with a closed all-metal body built on the GAZ-69 at the Tartu Experimental Car Repair Plant. Such vehicles were made in small numbers to special order, mainly for collective farms and forestry enterprises. In summer 2010, as part of the "Built in Estonia – 2010" campaign, Ants Kirna restored the vehicle; he also drove it in the vintage machinery convoy in 2008 and at the meeting of Estonian-built and home-built vehicles in 2010.
