Story of the exhibit

In 1990 the Järva-Jaani collective farm traded this car for a GAZ-53. The engine and body were overhauled and painted in Tallinn; the rest of the repairs were done at the collective farm. In 1991 the farm gave the vehicle to the Järva-Jaani House of Culture. In 2000 the Järva-Jaani Rural Municipality, which runs the House of Culture, donated it to the Järva-Jaani Fire Brigade Society.
