Story of the exhibit

According to one former owner, it was built in the 1960s or 70s by a militia officer from the Viljandi area, probably using the crashed body of a 1946 Lincoln Zephyr, units from various GAZ models (GAZ-51 engine, GAZ-53 gearbox, GAZ-12 axles and so on) and the papers of a 1939 Hudson 6.
