Story of the exhibit

Tõnu Paalmäe remembers: Unfortunately I don't know the exact age of this bicycle; perhaps it is written somewhere on the frame. It probably dates from the early 1980s. I bought it while living in Haapsalu in summer 1998. I am its second owner; the first owner had bought it new from a shop in Haapsalu as a schoolboy with money he earned himself. He had looked after it very well – almost everything is original, only one tyre and the saddle have been replaced. I didn't ride it much. I bought it to ride between the garage and the flat, and sometimes rode into town. When I moved away from Haapsalu, the bicycle went to Pärnu-Jaagupi to shelter in a shed.
