Story of the exhibit
Former tipper of the Järva-Jaani collective farm; later Paistevälja Ltd became its new owner. During a major overhaul the cab was replaced with a newer (GAZ-3307-type) cab.

The decision to build the Gorky Automobile Plant near Nizhny Novgorod was taken by the Supreme Council of the National Economy on 4 March 1929; construction began on 2 May 1930, and in January 1932 production of the GAZ-A car and GAZ-AA truck began there, based on Ford-A and Ford-AA drawings.
