A hydraulic telescopic lift with a 15 m lifting height for maintaining power and communication installations, built on the GAZ-52-04 truck. It was used by the municipal services company of the town of Mustvee, which went by various names over time. It has stood in recent years, but is complete and can be made to work.

The decision to build the Gorky Automobile Plant near Nizhny Novgorod was taken by the Supreme Council of the National Economy on 4 March 1929; construction began on 2 May 1930, and in January 1932 production of the GAZ-A car and GAZ-AA truck began there, based on Ford-A and Ford-AA drawings.
